Melvin's Testimony

Hello everyone :) melvin here and i'll love to share my testimony with you guys for today. For i'll like to share this phrase with you guys too

'whenever you are faithless......He's always faithful....'

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. As you guys have probably known, my parents are really against me converting to a christian and that's why i can hardly make it for service on saturdays as i will have to have dinner with parents and that i really have to come up with a good lie (sadly) to be excused for service. Not only that, for sunday's cell group which is at 11am, i have piano classes to attend which is of a strict routine by my mom that i can't don't go. My waterpolo training has also somehow been made compulsory on sundays. All these 3 important events are taking place at 11 am and for all i know, i really want to go cellgroup, i dun wanna go for piano and i have no choice but to go for training.This really made me very vex then, it's like why aren't things going according to the way it should be when i really wanna devote my life and time to God. So i did lose faith in Him cos in spite of my nightly prayers, things aren't turning for the better. That's what i tot at first but everyone around me has been sharing the same phrase with me....which is to keep my Faith strong.With their encouragement, i've decided to keep my faith even stronger than before, i pray for the breakthrough and blessing for my team whenever i'm free and guess what, He finally answered all of em!!!......

1. On this faithful day, in e car, my mom just randomly asked me if i wanna quit my piano cos she knows i'm quite busy in school alr....HO SEH, of cos i said i want and for now, i'm officially off from my piano classes from nxt mth onwards

2. Compulsory trainings on sunday has changed to saturday instead because the pool ain't available on sundays...which means i'm free to attend cellgroups

3. My parents are letting me off on alternative saturdays for service!!

Second part of my testmony, as some of you might have known too, i'm the captain of my team which means pressure pressure and pressure. My team used to struggle in the history book of waterpolo in my school and of cos it piles on the pressure even more. And my team is filled with some guys who're older than me which makes it even harder to gain their respect. So i prayed every now and then that my team will respect me as a captain but still share the great friendship outside training. I prayed for each and every of my team mates and also for the great future of my team and gracious is He, He answered each and every prayers again!!!.....

1. My team's recruiting a few national youth players!great is our future
2. Each and every member is blessed in their studies and they have the liberty to train hard as they are able to manage their time well between the training routines and studies
3. I'm slowly gaining respect from everyone in my team!
4. And the greatest blessing is.............my school has won the bid to host the prestigious tournament between polys this coming October!!!!!!!!never in our school's history did we manage to host such event!!!this really did motivate my team in working harder for the tournament and i've gained some credit in the process in becoming a better captain:)hoho



So people.....
whenever you are feeling faithless or feel that you are losing touch of God
Remember...
nothing beats the consistent prayers or should i say the time when you get to talk to God and spend some time with Him daily for He knows that no matter how demoralized your day might get, your love for Him is still strong and for He who's so magnanimous will never fail you and He who shall bless you in every aspect of life shall be loved and glorified by us!

And oh!do make it down this coming October to support me for my tournament ya ppl!haha.... Cos for the first time in my life i'm leading a team to glory!hahahahaha:)
